Budget:
  The WNA budget is forecasted around an estimated number of dues receipts that are sent in by our neighborhood residents. Our largest expense for the neighborhood association is landscaping, followed by our social budget. The board takes the fiduciary responsibility of the neighborhood association very seriously and does its best to be good stewards of the association�s money. Many times over the past few years you may have seen many of your board members weeding & planting at the many entrances of our neighborhood. This decision was made so we could spend more money on plant material and help expedite the landscaping plans. The neighborhood association could accomplish more if we had 100% of our current residents� annual dues of $50.00.
